What is my tracking number?
Tracking will be available 1-3 days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 7 by contacting support.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

How to use:
1. Make sure your hair is dry and brush it briefly.
2. Press the power button for 10 seconds to activate the brush.
3. Choose the desired temperature (see reference below).
4. Simply brush your hair gently and shape your hair!
Temperature settings :
*Thick hair: 410°F-446°F
*Normal and/or natural hair: 374°F-410°F
*Thin and delicate hair: 338°F-392°F
